I. Overview:
Our羊城牌FSB(L) series fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pumps are capable of long-term conveying a wide range of corrosive media, including various acids, alkalis, salts, and strong oxidizers, at temperatures ranging from -80 to 150 degrees Celsius. The casing and flow parts are made entirely of F46 fluoroplastic alloy, combining the advantages of multiple fluoroplastics. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, non-aging, and no toxic decomposition. This product features high mechanical strength, rational design, compact structure, reliable performance, ease of use and maintenance, smooth flow channels for high efficiency, energy savings, and has been awarded the National Science and Technology Prize.
Section II: Usage:
This product series includes over 20 specifications with wide flow and head range. Suitable for liquid transportation in industries such as oil, chemical, pickling, dye, paint, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, and food, it effectively prevents leaks and ensures airtightness, making it the ideal equipment for constructing modern industrial facilities.
Section 3: Pump shaft seal
This pump features an externally mounted PTFE bellows mechanical seal with multi-layer protection, extending the service life of the seal. For conveying media containing impurities and particles, a non-cooled, single face hard-on-hard (silicon carbide on silicon carbide) mechanical seal can be used. Therefore, users should consider the solid content in the medium when selecting the pump type.

FSB and FSB-L centrifugal pumps, featuring all-passage components made of fluoro-plastic alloy, offer a compact structure, simple operation, and affordable pricing. Both models are compatible with pump casings, impellers, and mechanical seals, which have won them wide popularity among users.
V. Note when selecting:
Please specify the medium being conveyed, whether it contains particles, and the content, size, and hardness of the particles. This information will enable our factory to select the appropriate sealing material based on the specific requirements (WB2 type or 169 type).
2. Available for user requirements are Y-series adaptable motors, YA-series safety explosion-proof motors, and YB-series explosion-proof motors.
3. The flow rate of the pump can be controlled by installing valves on the outlet pipe.
4. When selecting a pump's head, consider the pipeline resistance.
