Plastic Sintered Plate Dust Collector Working Principle
Dust-laden gas first enters the middle chamber of the plastic sintered plate dust collector. As the gas passes through the outer surface of the sintered plate, the dust in the gas is trapped on the PTFE coating of the sintered plate surface. The gas then flows through the inner cavity of the sintered plate into the clean gas chamber and is discharged through the dust-extracted outlet after purification. The trapped dust on the surface of the sintered plate is blown into the inner cavity by compressed air with a pulse valve and actuator through a blowing tube. Due to its strong backblowing effect, the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the sintered plate is impacted, causing the dust to fall off layer by layer and then drop into the ash hopper.
