Industrial Dust Removal Filter Core, Dust Removal Filter Cylinder, Dust Air Purification Filter Core
Dust Filter Core Introduction
Dust removal filter cores, also known as dust removal filter sleeves, are high-temperature-resistant air purification and filtration devices with significant dust removal effects. They can withstand certain pressure differentials. The characteristics of dust removal filter cores include high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, certain pressure differential tolerance, corrosion resistance. Filter cores made of non-woven fabric have certain corrosion resistance. In addition, they are easy to install and dismantle, require minimal air volume for reverse air blowing cleaning, have fast cleaning speed, and consume less energy. Our factory can customize dust removal filter cores of different specifications for various applications.
Material, structure, and principle
Materials include domestic and imported coated polyester nonwoven fabric (available for oil, water, static electricity, and flame-retardant treatment), polyester long-fiber filter paper, glass fiber filter material, etc. Utilizing international wide pleat folding technology, the gaps are evenly distributed. The structure is composed of an air intake pipe, exhaust pipe, housing, ash hopper, cleaning device, guiding device, air flow distribution plate, filter cartridge, and electrical control unit. After the dusty gas enters the ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow cross-section and the action of the air distribution plate, some coarse particles in the airflow settle in the ash hopper under the influence of dynamic and inertial forces. Fine particles with low density enter the dust removal chamber and, through a combination of Brownian diffusion and sieve filtration, deposit on the filter material surface. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber, is discharged through the exhaust pipe by the fan.
