Sintered Plate Filter Cartridge, Plastic Sintered Filter Cartridge, Plastic Sintered Material Filter Core

Sintered boards, also known as sintering plates, are made by uniformly mixing an adsorbent (silica gel or alumina) with glass powder, applying it to a glass plate, and then sintering it in a high-temperature furnace. These boards are not only heat and corrosion-resistant but also sturdy, allowing for repeated use.
The principle of operation involves the dust-laden gas entering the filter plate area of the housing through the duct. As the dust-laden gas passes through the sintered plate's outer surface to the plastic sintered plate, the dust is trapped on the PTFE coating of the sintered plate surface. The clean gas then passes through the sintered plate and enters the clean gas chamber of the housing through the filter plate opening, finally being exhausted through the outlet. The dust adhering to the outer surface of the sintered plate will fall into the lower ash hopper due to pulse reverse blowing or gravity.
