Retained hole

Below the ad character strokes, in areas prone to collecting water, drill 2-3 small holes, typically with a diameter of 4.2 millimeters. Excessive water accumulation can be difficult to drain, affecting the stability and aesthetics of the characters. A properly sized drainage hole can quickly resolve the issue of water accumulation.

Joint filling method

The base of the illuminated letters and the installation object are bonded together along the outline of the advertising text using sealant, ensuring there are no gaps between them. Please note that the gap above the illuminated letters must be sealed, otherwise rainwater can enter the interior, causing damage to the illuminated letters.

How to make luminous letters?

First, laser-cut the stainless steel into pre-designed characters, then trim away the excess around the characters based on their thickness and margin. During welding, either soldering or welding can be used as per the actual situation. It is crucial to ensure there are no obvious solder lumps or solder beads in the weld seams. For the base welding, materials such as stainless steel, galvanized iron sheet, and styrene board can be used. After welding, the physical items should be polished or buffed, and the non-welded areas should also be polished.
