Sensor Features

Sensor addresses can be set to any of the 249 available options, facilitating the use of mating connectors for production and allowing for an unlimited daisy-chaining of sensors. The sensors can be wireless, eliminating the hassle of wiring. They can be processed for full-seal, achieving waterproof immersion protection levels. The sensors offer analog reverse output (which can decrease or increase with distance) and the analog output range can be adjusted correspondingly. They are highly suitable for measurements of liquid levels, material levels, and object levels, etc. Moreover, the standard 4-20mA analog output can be directly connected to PLCs, secondary instruments, and other equipment, facilitating network integration. They also feature switch output functionality, with both the switch output points and states adjustable via commands. They are suitable for process control, flatness inspection, thickness measurement, and other applications. The sensor digital interfaces, including RS232, RS422, and RS485, can be easily switched, requiring only the replacement of a communication cable with no modifications needed to the sensor. Sensors have two states: immediate measurement (automatically entering continuous measurement mode after power-on), and command measurement (entering standby mode after power-on, waiting for commands to perform actions). In the continuous measurement state, the data return interval can be adjusted, ranging from 100MS to 105S. Sensors can be equipped with an automatic temperature control device, extending the operating temperature range to -40°C to 60°C (passive cooling, or active cooling can extend to -40 to 80°C. Custom temperatures are available upon request). The starting point for distance measurement can be set at the front and rear ends for user convenience. Additionally, the starting point can be set as the data point (this feature is not currently available in the product). Each sensor has a unique serial number, which can be read via command.
