Screw mixer

Axial flow design, where material is lifted along the spiral blades of the screw, with part ejected from the screw and the other part carried upwards to form a downward flowing material stream, allowing for continuous diffusion and mixing. With the presence of a conduit tube, it can force the material inside and outside the tube to circulate, serving as a blending agent at high viscosity. Suitable for high viscosity mixing, heat transfer, reaction, and dissolution operations.
