BlenderDetailed Introduction
Spiral screw
Axial flow type, where general materials spiral upwards along the container wall and then converge into the central concave cavity, forming an upward and downward convection cycle. It also boasts strong anti-adhesion properties. Suitable for mixing, heat transfer, and reaction dissolution operations with high viscosity or powdered materials. The design and number of helical blades should be determined based on the container's geometric shape and liquid layer height. Generally, J710 and J720 agitators are used for flat or elliptical bottom containers; J740 and J750 agitators for 90° cone bottom containers; and J760 agitators for elliptical bottom containers where bottom adhesion needs to be prevented. Typically, double helical blades are used for larger diameters and higher liquid layers, while single helical blades are preferable for smaller diameters.
