Mineral powder mixer, capable of handling a wide variety of materials with complex characteristics. This includes ores with a true specific gravity around 5 and alloy powders with a true specific gravity exceeding 8. The design of the mineral powder mixer must carefully consider the specific parameters of the materials, particularly the specific gravity, solid content, and particle size. It must address whether there are agglomerations, if it's a mineral powder blend or anti-settling mixture, whether the filter cake needs to be broken up and mixed, and the viscosity level. These are all critical aspects that require special attention in the design process.

Our company has handled a wide range of materials for mineral powder mixers. For instance, alloy particles with a true specific gravity of up to 8.3, with particle sizes as large as 2mm, require high mixing difficulty. We employed a disk turbine mixer with strong shearing action to achieve the desired mixing results. Our mineral powder mixers have achieved a solid content of up to 70% of the powder, and we designed a modular special mixer that achieved a successful trial run on the first attempt.
