Mineral powder agitator, handling materials that vary greatly in complexity, including ores with specific gravity around 5 and alloys with specific gravity exceeding 8. The design of the mineral powder agitator must take into account specific material parameters, particularly those related to specific gravity, solid content, and particle size. It's crucial to consider whether there are lumps present, if it's a mineral powder blend or anti-settling mixture, whether the filter cake needs to be broken up and mixed, and the viscosity level. These are all important factors to pay close attention to in the design.
Our company has handled a wide range of materials for mineral powder mixers. For instance, alloy particles with a true specific gravity of up to 8.3 and particle sizes as large as 2mm require high mixing difficulty. We've utilized high-torque disk turbine mixers to achieve the desired mixing results for our clients.
