The main chemical components of the expanded perlite are silicon dioxide and aluminum oxide, featuring fine particles, hollow structure, light weight, high strength, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, thermal insulation, and flame-retardant insulation. It is one of the raw materials extensively used in the refractory industry.
