WF002 Hex Welded Nuts address the issue of conventional nuts not being able to secure the base material. The nut features three welding points on one side and a circular boss. The boss is used for positioning, and the welding points for welding. First, a positioning hole is punched in the base material, with the nut's boss positioned above the hole. Then, a spot welder is used to weld the nut to the base material. The welding principle involves melting the three welding points of the nut with high heat, causing them to melt onto the base material, thereby achieving the welding effect. This type of connection is non-detachable.
WF002 Hex Nuts are used with bolts and screws for connecting and securing parts. The 1-inch type hex nuts are widely used in the WF002 series. C-grade nuts are suitable for machines, equipment, or structures with rough surfaces and less precision requirements; A-grade and B-grade nuts are used for those with smoother surfaces and higher precision requirements.
