ZS-420-3 Compounding Machine
The machine operates on the same principle as a standard compounding machine. Material is subjected to pressure from a pressure roller and, within a sealed trough, is sheared, compressed, agitated, and folded by two rotors rotating at different speeds, resulting in the plastication (mixing) of the material into the required raw material.

Intensive Mixing Device: The mixing chamber forms a sealed groove with the left and right side panels. The front and rear rotor bearings use radial spherical roller bearings, which are individually fixed to the left and right side panels via bearing sleeves. Both the left and right side panels are jacketed structures with cooling (heating) cavities, with the inner wall surfaces in contact with the material being hardened (chrome plated). The inner wall of the intensive mixer is chrome plated, with a thickness of 0.1~0.15mm and a hardness of HV900~1000.
