Extrusion blowing film involves the continuous extrusion of plastic melt through a die at a specific temperature and shear force, which is then blown up by compressed air, cooled by a wind ring, and stretched by a variable frequency drive to obtain a double-folded plastic film. This machine is mainly used for testing the feasibility of blowing film for polymer materials, as well as the gel state within the material, the dispersibility of colored pigments, the mixed material for control, and the dispersibility of the extruded material.
