WSZ Type Ultrasonic Water Level Gauge
1. Overview
Ultrasonic level gauges are digital level instruments controlled by a microprocessor. During measurement, pulse ultrasonic waves are emitted by the sensor (transducer), reflected off the surface of the object, and then received by the same sensor, which converts them into electrical signals. The distance between the sensor and the object being measured is calculated based on the time between the emission and reception of the sound waves. Due to the non-contact measurement, the medium being measured is almost unrestricted, making it widely applicable for measuring the heights of various liquid and solid materials.
