Structure, working principle

IF-05The type digital water level sensor is composed of a photoelectric switch with a rotary encoder, measuring wheel, float, measuring cable, balancing weight, still water well, protective cover, etc. The encoder is a full-scale photoelectric switch rotary encoder with ultra-low torque, featuring a stainless steel code disk as its coding component and an imported high-quality photoelectric switch as the reading element.,The shaft on its axis is equipped with a measuring wheel suspended with measuring cables, floats, and balancing weights. All floats, measuring cables, and balancing weights are made of stainless steel and corrosion-resistant plastic, offering excellent mechanical properties and environmental adaptability. The static well of the sensor is a diameterΦ100mm-Φ120mmOur stainless steel precision well is easy to install and can work long-term in severely polluted and corrosive waterways.

The rotary encoder is installed at the top of the still water well, which is mounted in the weir slot. As the water level in the weir slot changes, the float in the still water well drives the measuring cable to rotate the measuring wheel and the photoelectric switch, causing the rotary encoder to rotate, outputting values corresponding to the water level.9-15bitGray code encoded data. The range of the water level sensor is0-250mm0-500mm0-1000mm0-2000mmSuitable for use with various sink types, enabling monitoring of different flow rates.

The water level sensor of the open channel flow meter, along with the stilling well, can also be installed on the shore and connected to the measuring flume via a connecting pipe.
