Roller Coating with Screen Printing: Screen printing is applied on the basis of roller coated panels, creating irregular ceiling designs, resulting in a rich array of colors on what was originally a single roller coated panel. Roller Coating with Heat Transfer Printing (also known as Heat Penetration Printing): Like screen printing, it is printed on the roller coated panels, but the heat penetration printing method involves sublimating the ink through high heat and渗透 into the roller coating, making the surface feel smooth without any indentations, distinguishing it from screen printing. Heat penetration printing is digital, with colors that can be composed of N different hues. However, screen printing can only be composed of one to several colors. 4. Sandblasting: The aluminum base panel is abraded to create a brushed finish, followed by the application of a protective varnish. This is the most commonly used type of panel in the market.
