Expanded polystyrene concrete is a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material formed by fully foaming the foaming agent through the foaming system of a foaming machine, uniformly mixing the foam with cement slurry, and then casting in place or molding in molds through the pump system of the foaming machine. It is naturally cured to create a material rich in sealed air cells. It belongs to a bubble-type insulating material, with the distinctive feature of forming closed foam cells within the concrete, thereby lightening and insulating the concrete.
