Foam concrete is a lightweight thermal insulation material formed by the mechanical foaming of foaming agents through a foaming system, followed by the uniform mixing of the foam with cement slurry. It is then either cast in place or molded using a pump system of the foaming machine, and finally, it is naturally cured to form a novel material with a large number of closed pores. It falls under the category of bubble-type insulating materials, characterized by the formation of sealed foam voids within the concrete, which lighten and insulate the material.
