Expanded polystyrene concrete is a new type of lightweight thermal insulation material formed by fully foaming the foaming agent through the foaming system of a foaming machine, uniformly mixing the foam with cement slurry, and then casting in place or molding using the pump system of the foaming machine. It is naturally cured to create a material rich in sealed air cells. It belongs to a bubble-type insulating material, with its outstanding feature being the formation of closed foam cells within the concrete, which lightens and insulates the concrete.
