Project Introduction

The "Xiu 709" Media Park starts from Lingshi Road in the south, extends to Yonghe Road in the north, and faces Wanrong Road in the west. The park covers an area of about 157 acres and has a total building area of about 58592 square meters. It consists of plots 709 Lingshi Road, 949 Wanrong Road, and 253 Yonghe Road. Among them, No. 709 Lingshi Road was originally the First Petroleum Machinery Factory, which was later jointly invested and constructed into a printing media park by Shanghai Electric and Shibei High tech. In 2015, Shanghai Electric Group Property Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Electric Group, independently invested, renovated, and operated the "Xiu 709" media park, and was selected as a cultural and creative industry park in Shanghai several times.
