


Instructions for using suction cup electromagnet:
Electromagnets must meet the following conditions during use to achieve a greater suction force value
1. The effective adsorption distance is 0mm (must be adhered to the surface) and no objects can be separated.
2. The surface of the object being sucked should be very flat and clean.
3. The suction contact area of the object being sucked must be greater than or equal to the suction surface of the electric suction cup (i.e. the outer diameter of the electric suction cup).
4. The suction force can only be achieved when the thickness of the object being sucked is greater than 8mm, and the suction force decreases as the thickness decreases.
5. Use the power supply and rated voltage correctly. The existing voltages are DC12VDC24VDC5V DC6V.
6. The object being attracted must be made of materials with good magnetic conductivity, such as electrical pure iron, low-carbon steel, silicon steel sheets, etc.
7. During product operation, try to avoid air suction (air suction heating) as normal adsorption heating is a normal phenomenon.
8. When powered on, there is a magneto electric magnet that does not distinguish between positive and negative poles. If taken, it is understood by default.
