1. The control system is mainly composed of Yaskawa servo controllers from Japan, imported brands, and quality assurance. Equipped with 7-inch (10 inch, 15 inch) true color touch display, fully Chinese interface, graphic display, touch operation, simple and intuitive, ordinary operators can operate after simple training. Equipment operation and debugging, all parameters can be directly written on the human-machine screen; In teaching mode (parameter setting state), the device can be manually run to the operating position and then directly written to the current value. Equipped with a USB communication interface, device related press fit data can be exported to a PC using a USB flash drive and opened in Excel format for storage, editing, and product quality traceability.
2. The machine has two pressing modes to choose from:
Position mode: constant speed, set the absolute position to stop pressing;
Pressure mode: constant speed, relative pressure reaches the stop of pressing;
The device can also detect the magnitude of pressure within the range of the location
3. Single stroke six stage speed control:
Fast forward: Quickly approach the workpiece
Detection: Detection stroke before switching from no-load to load
Press fit: Contact the workpiece and start press fit assembly
Buffer: deceleration before pressing in place
Pressure holding: dwell time when the pressure is in place
Return: Quickly return to the working origin after completing the pressure holding point
4. Both servo press fit and servo transmission mechanisms can operate in jog, single step, and automatic modes. Online quality judgment function: It can achieve synchronous detection of press fit. It is easy to achieve full product inspection without the need for additional testing stations.
When the quality is NG or the equipment is abnormal, the equipment will automatically stop running and sound and light an alarm, waiting for manual processing.
Self diagnostic function: When a device malfunctions and alarms, the human-machine interface can display the cause of the alarm and suggest solutions for maintenance personnel to quickly troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Safety protection: The equipment has alarm functions for overtravel, overload, and exceeding the set limit. Three color lamp post with buzzer sound and light alarm. Equipped with an emergency stop button, when pressed in case of emergency, the equipment will stop running and sound an audible and visual alarm to avoid accidents.

5. Equipment operation process:
5.1 After checking that there are no abnormalities in the device, turn on the power and the device enters the reset initial state. After the reset is completed, the device enters standby mode, and the three color status indicator light is green;
5.2 Place the workpiece to be pressed onto the workbench.
5.3 Select the mold number that needs to be pressed on the human-machine display screen operation interface; Switch the selection button to "automatic/single cycle" mode, then press the start button on the button box with both hands simultaneously, and the device will start running; The three color light indicates yellow operation.
5.4 The pressure spindle starts to move at the set speed: fast down - detection - pressure installation - buffering - pressure holding - return.
After the press fit is completed, the three color status indicator light of the equipment turns green;
When the selection button is switched to "manual" mode, that is, when both hands trigger the start, the servo pressure spindle descends and stops when released. This action is mainly used for equipment debugging and initial workpiece alignment.
5.6 Status when pressing the emergency stop button:
The three color light is red; The buzzer continuously emits a short beep; The pressure spindle is stopped at the current position; Press the "Reset" button to return the pressure spindle of the device to its working origin and standby until the device is pressed again to start.
