The working mode selection of this press includes two working modes: adjustment and semi-automatic (single cycle), which can achieve two process actions: fixed stroke and fixed pressure. There is a pressure holding delay time relay installed on the operation panel, which can adjust the holding time. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, it is in the holding state.

1) Adjustment: "Adjustment", also known as jogging, involves pressing the corresponding button to produce a corresponding action, which stops when released. It is mainly used for adjusting machines and molds, and its actions include sliding down and returning.

2) Semi automatic (single cycle): Press the start button with both hands, and the device continuously completes: fast down - slow pressure - pressurization (to the set pressure or position), pressure holding delay - depressurization - return - stop in place, and the device completes one continuous action;

1.1.2 The slider is equipped with a pressure regulating valve and a travel switch. Can adjust the pressure and stroke position of the control slider according to the process requirements.

1.1.3 The main cylinder of this machine adopts a piston type oil cylinder (mother and child cylinder), which drives the slider to quickly descend and return.

There is a 300 × 300mm square hole in the middle of the workbench, connected to a chute to the left. A material collection truck can be placed below. After cutting the edges with a mold, the product slag bag and material handle can be removed and automatically slid to the waste collection truck through the chute.

2. Description of the structural form of the trimming machine

A hydraulic press is mainly composed of a main engine, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and other auxiliary components.

2.1 The main engine is mainly composed of the body, main oil cylinder, etc.

2.1.1 Body

The fuselage is composed of a base, columns, locking nuts, sliders, upper beams, etc. It adopts a three beam four column 16 nut structure, which can effectively lock the fuselage; The main oil cylinder is arranged inside the upper beam, and the structural components of the body are all welded with steel plates. After welding, annealing treatment is carried out to fully eliminate the internal stress of welding, which has high precision retention.

1) Upper beam

The upper beam is directly processed from 45 # thick steel plate, and there is one main cylinder installation hole machined inside the upper beam, which is also equipped with a filling system.

2) Column

The four columns of this hydraulic press are made of 45 # forged material. After precision machining and medium frequency quenching, the surface is plated with hard chromium and polished to achieve a hardness of HRC45-50, in order to improve the wear resistance of the columns during the movement of the slider, while ensuring the guiding accuracy (parallelism and perpendicularity) and strong ability to withstand eccentric loads of the hydraulic press.

3) Workbench

The workbench is directly processed from 45 # thick steel plate, with a "well" shaped T-shaped groove on top and a 300 × 300mm square hole in the middle. It is connected to a sliding groove at the bottom to facilitate the dropping of waste materials after workpiece punching. The waste collection truck can be moved in and out on the left side of the workbench.

4) Sliding block

The slider body is also directly processed from 45 # thick steel plate, and the slider is placed in the middle of the body, with its upper plane connected to the main cylinder. The lower plane of the slider is machined with a "well" shaped T-groove to fix the mold; The four corners of the slider are equipped with guide sleeves, which are lubricated with self-lubricating oil-free bearings to ensure high guiding accuracy, strong resistance to eccentric loads, and good accuracy retention of the slider.

5) Master cylinder

There is one main oil cylinder in this machine, which is a piston type mother and child oil cylinder (with a built-in fast cylinder). The piston rod is connected to the slider, and the piston rod is surface quenched and plated with hard chromium, which is wear-resistant, rust proof, and beautiful. The cylinder barrel is a thick walled seamless tube, and its inner wall is rolled. The sealing element adopts Japanese NOK sealing element (imported with original equipment), which is reliable in sealing and has a long service life.

3. Hydraulic System Description

3.1 The hydraulic transmission and control system mainly consists of pumps, valve blocks, filling valves, filtration systems, pressure instruments and control systems, pipelines, etc. Through the control of the electrical system, various process actions of the hydraulic press are completed. The oil tank of the hydraulic system of this hydraulic press is integrated with the press as a whole, located behind the press machine base.

3.2 The hydraulic pipeline system is sealed reliably, and the connection method adopts flange connection. The pipeline layout is neat, and anti-seismic pipe clamps and anti-seismic pressure gauges are used. The pipeline and oil tank interior are strictly treated with phosphating, rust removal and cleaning.

The main power system is located above the main fuel tank.

3.4 The hydraulic system is equipped with a cooling circulation filtration device, which circulates and filters the hydraulic oil immediately after startup. The filtration device uses an oil filter with strong magnetic filtration function to adsorb iron impurities in the oil and maintain the cleanliness of the oil; The cooling device uses a compact air cooler to control the oil temperature below 55 ℃.

4 Electrical control system

The electrical control system is divided into two parts: the power system and the control system

4.1 The electrical control system of this hydraulic press adopts PLC centralized control, touch screen display, combined with pressure instruments and signaling components to achieve various process action cycles of the machine tool, and is equipped with overvoltage protection devices.

Other major conventional electrical components adopt products from Schneider Electric, and the design and manufacturing of electrical systems comply with GB/T5226.1-1996 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Machinery and Electrical Equipment" and GB17120-1997 "Safety Technical Conditions for Forging Machinery".

4.2 The electrical system of this press is equipped with an independent electrical box, which has excellent sealing and forced ventilation devices.

4.3 Working conditions: Power supply: 380V ± 10%, ambient temperature: 10-40 ℃, relative humidity: 95%.

5. Safety and interlocking measures

5.1 The two hand button box is equipped with an "emergency stop" button. Pressing the button when an abnormality occurs can cause the press to urgently stop at its original position or return to a high position.

5.2 Two handed button operation. During semi-automatic and fully automatic work cycles on the button box, both hands must press the "work" button simultaneously to start working, and the one hand button will trigger a timeout alarm.

5.3 The limit stroke position of the slider is equipped with a stroke limit protection switch to protect the main cylinder from overtravel.

The lower chamber of the main oil cylinder that drives the slider is equipped with a dual circuit safety valve, which can prevent overpressure and accidental downward movement in the lower chamber of the oil cylinder.

The oil tanks of this series of hydraulic presses are equipped with liquid level and oil temperature displays, filter blockage alarm signals, and solenoid valve on/off signal displays.

5.6 A set of reflective photoelectric protection device is installed in front of the workbench, with a protection height of 500mm, to ensure the safety of the operator, and also plays a protective role in the jog state.

5.7 Install three protective nets on the host, with a grating on the front. There is a waste bin on the left side of the host, which can slide the waste from the periphery of the mold to the material frame. The host is equipped with a blowing controller, which can control the blowing time and facilitate the blowing of waste into the chute.
