Before cutting structural components, fix the cut components, and temporary support measures should be taken at the bottom of beams and slabs. The original structure needs to be reinforced, and subsequent concrete cutting work can only be carried out after the reinforced components meet the design requirements. Only after meeting the requirements of the plan can it be dismantled.
2. During the cutting process, the stability and safety of the structure should be considered. If structural deformation, steel corrosion, or cracks appear in the existing structure during the dismantling process, the construction unit should suspend the construction and contact the staff. Only after the staff confirm safety can the construction continue.
If the drawing requires the retention of the original steel reinforcement, its position should be identified during the dismantling process and measures should be taken to protect it.
4. Demolition sequence: Demolition shall be carried out layer by layer from top to bottom, and the demolition sequence shall be carried out in reverse order of the construction of the building.
When carrying out high-altitude demolition operations, cranes should be used for larger components or heavy materials. The dismantled materials should be promptly stacked in suitable locations.
When performing cutting operations, the standing position of the operator should be appropriate, and they should stand on a stable structure or scaffold to operate. The dismantled components should be promptly placed back.
