




I. Overview
The main features of the universal intelligent instrument quantitative control instrument (hereinafter referred to as the control instrument) are:
Suitable for flow display, accumulation, and control functions of various liquid media;
Input various flow sensor signals (such as vortex street, turbine, electromagnetic, Roots, elliptical gear, dual rotor, orifice plate, V-cone, Annubar, mass flow and other flow meters);
Flow input channel: capable of receiving frequency signals and various analog current signals;
Temperature input channel: capable of receiving various analog current signals;
Can provide transmitter with 24V DC and 12V DC power supply, with short-circuit protection function, simplifying the system and saving investment;
Fault tolerance function: When the temperature/density compensation measurement signal is abnormal, the corresponding manual set value is used for compensation calculation;
The flow resend function outputs the current signal of the flow, with an update cycle of 1 second, to meet the needs of automatic control;
The instrument clock and automatic meter reading function, as well as printing function, provide convenience for metering management;
Rich self checking and self diagnostic functions make the instrument easier to use and maintain;
Three level password setting can prevent unauthorized personnel from changing the set data;
There are no adjustable devices such as potentiometers or coding switches inside the instrument, which improves its shock resistance, stability, and reliability;
Communication function: It can communicate with the upper computer through various communication methods to form an energy metering network system
