Before using the scraper conveyor, some basic usage knowledge should be mastered. During the use of the scraper conveyor, attention should be paid to not coming into contact with pollutants such as acid, alkali, oil, and water, and keeping it away from heat sources; Avoid long-term direct sunlight and exposure to rain and snow; The storage temperature should be maintained at -10 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be maintained at 50% to 80%. (1) During the use of scraper conveyors, it is strictly prohibited to connect belts of different categories and specifications together.

(2) Prevent folding and pressure from hard objects during use. Should be rolled up for use and storage.

(3) The direction of material transportation and the speed of material falling should be consistent with the direction and speed of the belt.

(4) Before use, it is generally recommended to start the machine empty to avoid motor overload and conveyor belt slippage. Before stopping, all materials on the belt should be unloaded.

(5) When in use, the tension should not be too high, and it should be ensured to work under low tension without slipping with the transmission roller and without material transition.

(6) The scraper conveyor should not cause the belt to deviate or snake during transportation, and should be adjusted in a timely manner.  

(7) If slipping or inability to pull occurs during use, the fault should be promptly eliminated, the tensioning system should be adjusted, and the elastic device should be kept flexible.
