Winter construction
When the daily average temperature is below 5 ° C, winter construction should be carried out and meet the following requirements:
1. Before grouting, measures should be taken to preheat the foundation surface, keep its temperature above 100 ° C, and remove accumulated water.
Before being frozen, the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials shall not be less than 5MPa.

According to incomplete statistics from the author, in the Changsha area, the use of composite air ducts has accounted for more than 3% of newly built air conditioning projects, and this proportion is still increasing. At present, ordinary composite air ducts still have some drawbacks: usually aluminum foil is laminated onto the surface of insulation materials, with low strength and can only be used in medium and low pressure systems; Aluminum foil is easily damaged by hard objects during construction or maintenance, leading to a decrease in its service life; Flammable foam or polyphenyl foam is mostly used as the inner insulation material. When the outer layer is only covered with a layer of aluminum foil, it is easy to catch fire in case of fire. Ordinary composite air ducts are subject to significant limitations in some key projects with strict requirements, such as sports venues, subways, purification projects, etc.
Construction in high temperature climate environment
If the temperature of the grouting site is greater than 35 ° C, construction should be postponed according to the high temperature climate and meet the following requirements:
Measures should be taken 24 hours before grouting to prevent direct or other thermal radiation from the grouting area.
2. Take appropriate cooling measures, and the temperature of the concrete foundation and equipment base plate in contact with the cement-based grouting material should not exceed 35 ° C.
3. The injection temperature of the slurry should not exceed 30 ° C.
4. Moisturizing and curing measures should be taken promptly after grouting.

Excluding improper construction and production failure, the most likely cause is the failure to use the correct stone chemicals for protection. For example, due to their different mineral and chemical compositions, granite and marble have different formulations of protective agents. Even within the same category of stone, the concentration may increase or decrease due to differences in density and chemical composition. For example, the concentration of protective agents in sandstone will be higher, while the concentration of protective agents in granite or marble with higher hardness and density will be lower. Therefore, during the maintenance and construction of stone materials, it is necessary to tailor and construct according to the material. Select different chemicals and construction techniques for different stone materials.
The maintenance free construction conditions are as follows
When the construction temperature is above 5 ℃ and below 35 ℃, there is no need for maintenance after foundation grouting. If the temperature exceeds the range, the grouting material construction and maintenance methods should be followed for maintenance.
The processing of burnt surfaces has certain requirements for the thickness of the stone to prevent it from cracking during the processing. Generally, a minimum thickness of 2CM is required, and some stones may have higher thickness requirements. In addition, some materials may change color during the burning process, such as rust stone (G682). After burning, the rust stone will show a certain light red color instead of the original yellow rust color. The characteristics of burnt surface are rough and natural surface, non reflective, fast processing, relatively cheap price, and often used for dry hanging on exterior walls. This is the effect of making a burnt surface on granite surface. Using high-temperature gas of oxygen and propane to burn the surface of granite, when the crystals on the surface of the stone burst and produce this uneven effect, some marble can also be treated with this kind of fire surface. Usually, the marble is required to be thick and have crystals on the surface, so the firing effect will be better.
