Grouting construction
Basic processing
1. Clean the surface of the foundation without any debris such as crushed stones, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, and release agents.
2. 24 hours before grouting, the foundation surface should be fully wetted, and 1 hour before grouting, any accumulated water should be removed.

Among them, polystyrene board has been widely used in exterior wall insulation and external hanging technology worldwide due to its excellent physical properties and low cost. This external installation technology uses adhesive mortar or specialized fasteners to stick and hang insulation materials on the exterior wall, then applies crack resistant mortar, forms a protective layer with fiberglass mesh cloth, and finally adds a decorative surface. Another approach is to use specialized fasteners to fix various insulation boards that are not easily absorbent on the exterior wall, and then hang aluminum plates, natural stone, colored glass, etc. on pre made keels to directly form a decorative surface. This external insulation installation method is time-consuming, difficult to construct, and occupies a dominant construction period. Construction can only be carried out after the main body has been accepted.
: Support mold
1. Set up templates according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between templates and foundations, as well as between templates, shall be sealed with cement slurry, tape, etc. to achieve the degree of overall template waterproofing.
2. The horizontal distance between the template and the equipment base should be controlled at around 100mm to facilitate grouting construction.
3. The top elevation of the template should be 50mm higher than the surface of the equipment base.
4. If there is grout leakage during grouting, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.

An important step in insulation materials is the insulation coating for exterior walls. Today, let's first introduce some production methods for leak proof insulation coatings. Heat the water to 7t first; put the water, silicon sodium, sodium, and sodium sulfate into a mixing bucket and stir until dissolved. Then add sepiolite powder, bentonite, silica alumina powder, and mica powder. Increase the speed of the mixer to 6r/min and continue stirring for 2 minutes. Then add zeolite, talc powder, heavy carbon calcium, light carbon calcium, silica alumina powder, and water-based dispersant and continue stirring for 1 minute. Reduce the rotating speed of the mixer to 1r/min, and add silicone acrylic lotion Stir continuously for 1 minute to discharge the material and obtain the product.
Step 3: Preparation of grouting material
1. The general reinforced type is mixed with water at a standard of 12-13%, while the pea gravel reinforced type is mixed with water at a standard of 9-10%.
2. It is recommended to use mechanical stirring method, and the stirring time is generally 1-2 minutes. When using manual mixing, 2/3 of the water should be added first and mixed for 2 minutes, then the remaining water should be added and mixed evenly
The construction surface should be cleaned and chiseled before applying mortar, and excessively dry concrete surfaces should be moistened with water spray. During the construction of mortar spreading, 5mm should be recycled inward along the lining surface to prevent the mortar of the concrete construction joint after lining from being exposed, achieving a smooth and beautiful lining surface. Spread evenly from bottom to top, with a thickness of 2-3mm, divided into two layers, each with a thickness of 1-15mm. When pouring concrete, be careful to pour near the mortar surface, and do not use the mixture to impact the construction joint mortar directly. Instead, use a protective burial method to gradually fill the formwork with the mixture. When vibrating, the vibrator should gradually approach the mortar interface from far to near, and it is strictly prohibited to directly insert and compact the mortar interface.
3. The amount of mixing each time should be determined based on the amount used to ensure that the material is used up within 30 minutes.
4. During on-site use, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or external additives to the grouting material.
Step 4: Grouting Construction Method
1. Long equipment or track foundations should be constructed in sections.
2. During secondary grouting, grouting should be carried out from multiple points on one side or adjacent sides until it overflows from the other side, in order to facilitate exhaust during the grouting process. Grouting shall not be carried out simultaneously from all four sides
The sandwich external insulation composite exterior wall has many advantages, not only having the many advantages of ordinary external insulation, but also being able to use local materials, have simple construction, good seismic performance, good thermal stability of the room, low cost, outstanding energy-saving effect, and the construction of external decorative surfaces is not limited. The traditional sandwich insulation structure mainly uses bricks and insulation boards as materials; Sintered porous bricks, sintered ordinary bricks, non sintered bricks, hollow bricks; Thermal insulation board: polystyrene foam plastic board, rock wool board and slag wool board, glass wool board, perlite board, aerated concrete board and fly ash foam board, expanded vermiculite board. The construction of sandwich external insulation composite exterior walls for energy-saving buildings is divided into inner leaf walls, outer leaf walls, and insulation layers sandwiched between the inner and outer leaf walls.
3. After grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And shorten the grouting time as much as possible.
4. Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push it from the middle or upper part of the grouting layer to ensure its uniformity.
5. After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a 45 degree oblique angle should be cut outward along the edge of the equipment 3-6 hours after grouting to prevent cracks from forming at the free end. If edge cutting is not possible, the surface of the grouting layer should be smoothed with a trowel 3-6 hours after grouting.
6. The thickness of each grouting material should not exceed 100mm.
It has good fire resistance and durability, can synchronize with the service life of the structure, is relatively low in price, and can also have a certain sound insulation effect while meeting the insulation performance. The application of rock wool exterior wall insulation is quite extensive in Europe and North America, with an average weight of 2kg per person in Northern Europe and 5-1kg per person in the United States. Rock wool exterior insulation systems are particularly used in buildings with high fire rating requirements. But the quality of rock wool varies greatly, with good insulation performance resulting in low density, low tensile strength, and poor durability. Glass wool and rock wool have many similarities in performance, but their hand feel is better than rock wool, which can improve workers' working conditions. But its price is higher than rock wool. In recent years, with the development of the external wall insulation industry, the occurrence of fire accidents has received increasing attention, especially after major fires. The fire safety of external wall insulation has become a focus of attention in the industry. On September 25, 2019, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development jointly issued document No. Gongtongzi [29] 46, which is a notice on the issuance of the "Interim Provisions on Fire Prevention for External Thermal Insulation Systems and Exterior Wall Decoration of Civil Buildings". The standard specifies that for non curtain wall residential buildings with a height greater than or equal to 1m, the combustion performance of their insulation materials should be: grade; For non curtain wall civil buildings with a height greater than or equal to 5m, the combustion performance of their insulation materials should be: grade; When the height of curtain wall buildings is greater than or equal to 24m, the combustion performance of insulation materials should be: grade.
7. When the grouting volume of the equipment foundation is large, the mixing of pea gravel reinforced grouting material should be done by mechanical mixing to ensure grouting construction.
Step 5: Maintenance
1. Within 30 minutes after grouting is completed, a wet grass curtain or rock wool blanket should be immediately covered and kept moist.
2. During winter construction, maintenance measures should also comply with the relevant provisions of the current GB50204 standard.
3. After the grouting material reaches the demoulding time, equipment installation can be carried out. For specific time, please refer to the "Relationship Table between Demoulding and Curing Time and Environmental Temperature".
4. After the grouting of the equipment foundation is completed, if any parts need to be removed, they can be gently removed with a spatula or shovel tool 3-6 hours after the grouting is completed, before the grouting layer hardens.
5. The vibration of the running machine should not be transmitted to the equipment foundation. After the secondary grouting, the machine should be stopped for 24-36 hours to avoid damaging the uncured grouting layer.
The selection principle of lubricants: In order to achieve good lubrication effect, lubricants must have a low coefficient of friction, good adsorption ability, and infiltration ability, so as to penetrate well into the small gaps of the friction pair, firmly adhere to the friction surface, and form a pressure resistant oil film with a certain strength. In the design of mechanical structures, the type of lubricant and lubrication method should be selected based on the type, speed, and working load of the bearings. If the lubricant and lubrication method are chosen appropriately, it can reduce the working temperature of the bearings and extend their service life. Rolling bearings can be lubricated with grease or oil. Experimental results show that at lower speeds, using lubricating grease results in lower temperature rise than using lubricating oil; When the speed is high, it is better to use lubricating oil.
