Grouting construction
Basic processing
1. Clean the surface of the foundation without any debris such as crushed stones, floating slurry, floating ash, oil stains, and release agents.
2. 24 hours before grouting, the foundation surface should be fully wetted, and 1 hour before grouting, any accumulated water should be removed.
What is the typical model of non shrink cement grouting material for Qinghe structural reinforcement grouting
If residents find the following problems with their houses, they must pay enough attention and contact the property management for house renovation as soon as possible. Cracks on the exterior wall of the house: diagonal cracks appear in the wall, and the cracks run towards concave areas. In the lower part of the building, it is more obvious and develops from bottom to top, forming an "eight" shape with horizontal and vertical joints. Cracks on load-bearing walls: The cracks run through the entire wall and penetrate to the back, showing an inclination. There are directional and regular cracks appearing at the same position on the walls of different floors. Cracks in the floor slab (ground and roof slab): cracks that are parallel to the building beams and have a penetrative nature. According to relevant acceptance standards, cracks are allowed within a range of (. 3mm), but cracks have adverse effects on the durability of the structure.
: Support mold
1. Set up templates according to the grouting construction drawing. The joints between templates and foundations, as well as between templates, shall be sealed with cement slurry, tape, etc. to achieve the degree of overall template waterproofing.
2. The horizontal distance between the template and the equipment base should be controlled at around 100mm to facilitate grouting construction.
3. The top elevation of the template should be 50mm higher than the surface of the equipment base.
4. If there is grout leakage during grouting, it should be dealt with in a timely manner.

Spray coating construction of hard foam insulation layer. Due to the use of mechanical spraying construction, the quality of product molding is highly dependent on the technical proficiency of the gunner. It is necessary to provide pre job training for workers, conduct safety technical disclosure, and strictly assess the skills of spray gun operators. Only those who pass the assessment can operate and construct on duty. During the construction spraying process, attention should be paid to the construction of detailed node components to avoid the formation of thermal bridges due to inadequate spraying, which may affect the insulation performance. The main control points for the spraying construction of the inner wall of the cold storage are that the spraying foam does not appear voids and cracks, and the refrigeration suspender (detail node component) can be wrapped tightly. The construction shall be carried out strictly according to the scheme on the site, and the thickness of each spraying layer shall be strictly controlled to prevent core burning due to excessive spraying.
Step 3: Preparation of grouting material
1. The general reinforced type is mixed with water at a standard of 12-13%, while the pea gravel reinforced type is mixed with water at a standard of 9-10%.
2. It is recommended to use mechanical stirring method, and the stirring time is generally 1-2 minutes. When using manual mixing, 2/3 of the water should be added first and mixed for 2 minutes, then the remaining water should be added and mixed evenly
Preparation method of magnesium chloride foam insulation board: take magnesium chloride and water to prepare magnesium chloride solution with relative density of 1.25 for standby. Add magnesium oxide, carbon calcium, ferrous, expanded perlite, and surfactant OP-1 to the above magnesium chloride solution and mix and stir to prepare a magnesium chloride cementitious slurry solution. Add polystyrene to the magnesium chloride gel solution obtained from the step and stir for 2-25 minutes. Fill the polystyrene with adhesive obtained from the steps into the mold for molding, and after solidification, demold and cure for 3-5 days. The mass ratio range of each component in the raw material compatibility of this product (based on 1m3 volume) is: 7-9 magnesium chloride, 12-15 magnesium oxide, 8-15 polystyrene, 1-15 calcium carbide, 1-4 ferrous iron, 3-45 expanded perlite or expanded vermiculite (6-8 mesh), 0.5-1.5 surfactant OP1, and water added to 1.
3. The amount of mixing each time should be determined based on the amount used to ensure that the material is used up within 30 minutes.
4. During on-site use, it is strictly prohibited to add any admixtures or external additives to the grouting material.
Step 4: Grouting Construction Method
1. Long equipment or track foundations should be constructed in sections.
2. During secondary grouting, grouting should be carried out from multiple points on one side or adjacent sides until it overflows from the other side, in order to facilitate exhaust during the grouting process. Grouting shall not be carried out simultaneously from all four sides
In the mid-20th century, the global oil crisis stimulated the development of various energy-saving wall materials. At present, green wall materials in developed Western countries are developing in depth, further improving productivity, utilizing industrial waste, saving energy consumption, and making product series and matching. At the same time, new multifunctional green wall materials are constantly being developed. The reform of wall materials in China started relatively late. On a national scale, small solid clay bricks still have an advantage in the composition of wall materials, and the degree of greenization of wall materials lags far behind that of developed Western countries. However, we can learn from the successful experience of other countries and avoid detours.
3. After grouting begins, it must be carried out continuously without interruption. And shorten the grouting time as much as possible.
4. Vibration is strictly prohibited during the grouting process. If necessary, a grouting booster can be used to push the grouting material along the bottom of the grouting layer. It is strictly prohibited to push it from the middle or upper part of the grouting layer to ensure its uniformity.
5. After the equipment foundation grouting is completed, a 45 degree oblique angle should be cut outward along the edge of the equipment 3-6 hours after grouting to prevent cracks from forming at the free end. If edge cutting is not possible, the surface of the grouting layer should be smoothed with a trowel 3-6 hours after grouting.
6. The thickness of each grouting material should not exceed 100mm.
Grinding tip: Horizontal grinding with a handheld hand grinder. Move horizontally in a straight line, following the route of "left → right → left" or "right → left → right", back and forth three times. This area is considered finished grinding. Then, move the hand thrower up or down, covering one-third of the width of the previously ground area, and follow the route of "left → right → left" or "right → left → right" three times back and forth. Repeat this process until the entire board is ground horizontally. Similarly, for vertical polishing, refer to the above method, repeat the same process three times, alternate 1/3 of the area, and use a hand polishing machine to polish the entire board vertically. Leave a 1-2cm edge, whether it's on the wall or countertop. When grinding the coarse size, do not grind the edge at once, but leave a 1-2cm width for the subsequent grinding pieces to advance step by step.
7. When the grouting volume of the equipment foundation is large, the mixing of pea gravel reinforced grouting material should be done by mechanical mixing to ensure grouting construction.
Step 5: Maintenance
1. Within 30 minutes after grouting is completed, a wet grass curtain or rock wool blanket should be immediately covered and kept moist.
2. During winter construction, maintenance measures should also comply with the relevant provisions of the current Code for Construction and Acceptance of Reinforced Concrete Engineering (GB50204).
3. After the grouting material reaches the demoulding time, equipment installation can be carried out. For specific time, please refer to the "Relationship Table between Demoulding and Curing Time and Environmental Temperature".
4. After the grouting of the equipment foundation is completed, if any parts need to be removed, they can be gently removed with a spatula or shovel tool 3-6 hours after the grouting is completed, before the grouting layer hardens.
5. The vibration of the running machine should not be transmitted to the equipment foundation. After the secondary grouting, the machine should be stopped for 24-36 hours to avoid damaging the uncured grouting layer.
Natural slate, in addition to its practicality, also has chemical and physical properties such as low water absorption, resistance to weathering and compression, high flexural strength, and no pollution. In order to ensure the interests of consumers, countries such as Europe and America have established slate associations and formulated unified quality standards for building slate, such as the British standard B.S.68. Chuangjin Banshi has won praise from many customers around the world for its rich colors and excellent quality. Its green and rust colored wall and floor stones are highly favored by customers in Japan, Singapore, the United States, and Canada.
