Winter construction
When the daily average temperature is below 5 ° C, winter construction should be carried out and meet the following requirements:
1. Before grouting, measures should be taken to preheat the foundation surface, keep its temperature above 100 ° C, and remove accumulated water.
Before being frozen, the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials shall not be less than 5MPa.

To avoid the blindness of material cutting in a large-scale project, samples should be taken from each block of raw material on the same sawing surface before cutting, polished, compared with each other, and numbered. Distinguish between rich, medium, and light colors based on the principle of color transition. When there are many types of colors in the material, use the English letter E to distinguish them. The samples taken will be kept for a period of time after the completion of the project for the purpose of customer replenishment. After the sample is determined, the person in charge of the cutting section shall develop a detailed cutting plan based on the technical quality requirements of the production processing order and the floor plan provided by the customer. The cutting plan must be confirmed and signed by the workshop manager, workshop quality inspector, and business order coordinator before it becomes effective.
Construction in high temperature climate environment
If the temperature of the grouting site is greater than 35 ° C, construction should be postponed according to the high temperature climate and meet the following requirements:
Measures should be taken 24 hours before grouting to prevent direct or other thermal radiation from the grouting area.
2. Take appropriate cooling measures, and the temperature of the concrete foundation and equipment base plate in contact with the cement-based grouting material should not exceed 35 ° C.
3. The injection temperature of the slurry should not exceed 30 ° C.
4. Moisturizing and curing measures should be taken promptly after grouting.

Limestone, dolomite, diabase, and other materials that meet the process requirements can be used as raw materials for glass, calcium carbide, ceramics, lime, cast stone, cement, and other materials. The reuse of corner residues in stone processing will result in approximately 5% of raw materials and about 1/3 of the total amount of rough boards during the processing of natural stone. If discarded as waste, there is an economic cost to transport it out, and improper stacking can also hinder environmental protection. In fact, the use of these corner scraps is also very extensive. Used for highway lane boards. The urban road lines are decorated with white natural stone slabs, which are clearly prominent and permanent. Used for producing mosaic materials and ice patterned marble.
The maintenance free construction conditions are as follows
When the construction temperature is above 5 ℃ and below 35 ℃, there is no need for maintenance after foundation grouting. If the temperature exceeds the range, the grouting material construction and maintenance methods should be followed for maintenance.
In practical engineering, it is difficult to measure air flow resistance, but it can be roughly estimated and controlled through thickness and bulk density. As the thickness increases, the mid low frequency sound absorption coefficient significantly increases, but there is little change in high frequency (high frequency absorption is always large). The thickness remains unchanged, the bulk density increases, and the mid low frequency sound absorption coefficient also increases; But when the bulk density increases to a certain extent, the material becomes denser, the flow resistance is greater than the flow resistance, and the sound absorption coefficient actually decreases. The sound absorption performance of glass wool felt is closely related to the installation conditions. When there is an air layer behind the glass wool felt, the sound absorption effect is similar to that of glass wool felt without an air layer of the same thickness. Especially in terms of mid to low frequency sound absorption performance, the material will have a significant improvement when applied to a hard surface. The sound absorption coefficient will increase with the thickness of the air layer, but the effect will not be significant after reaching a certain value.
