A jib crane is a lifting equipment designed to accommodate modern production needs. It is combined with a reliable electric chain hoist, particularly suitable for short-distance, repetitive, and dense lifting operations. The equipment features energy-saving, time-saving, small footprint, ease of operation and maintenance.
The jib crane boasts greater flexibility and maneuverability, making it a necessary hoisting equipment on production lines that can save time and labor for the production process.
During the operation of the jib crane, first pass the qualified electric chain hoist through the main beam lifting hole, and place soft pads between the chain and the jib. Then, secure the two traction chains. Lift the crane to a height of 10-20 cm above the ground and check its balance. If unbalanced, adjust the position of the electric chain hoist to achieve balance.
Construction personnel are positioned according to their assignments and follow the unified command of the project supervisor, slowly and steadily lifting the crane to an appropriate height above the foundation, then pulling the traction chain to position the boom. The equipment's traveling track is installed on the factory's concrete pillars, allowing for longitudinal movement along the track, while the electric hoist can perform lateral movement and vertical lifting. This equipment greatly expands the working range and utilizes the factory space.
