POF Shrink Film Product Introduction

POF shrink wrap film, also known as Multi-Layer Co-extruded Polyolefin shrink wrap film. It is primarily made from PE polyethylene and PP polypropylene as the main raw materials, which are plasticized and extruded through an extruder, then formed by die molding and film bubble blowing processes.

POF shrink wrap offers high transparency and luster, even shrinkage upon heating, primarily used for shrink-wrapping regular and irregular products such as phone boxes, tea boxes, towels, and桶装方便面.

Shrink film POF shrink temperature requirement range: approximately 150-180 degrees.

Custom-made folding films, drum films, and single sheets are available for various packaging products and machines. Key packaging machines include:L-type automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines for folding film; wrapping machines for single-layer film. For a small number of packaged products, custom POF shrink bags can be ordered, with simple combinations of sealing machines and hot air guns or heat-sealing ovens for product shrink wrapping.

Standard Thickness0.012mm, 0.015mm, 0.019mm, 0.025mm, widths from 200mm to 1000mm available for customization.
