Installation Procedure for the Composite Salt Spray Tester
A Salt Spray Test Chamber is an experimental device used to test the corrosion resistance of materials such as metals, non-metals, and coatings. Below is the installation procedure for the Salt Spray Test Chamber:
Location: Choose a well-ventilated, dry area without direct sunlight exposure, and avoid contact with other chemicals and gases.
Prepare site: Clear the area, ensure no debris or obstructions, maintain safe distances and ventilation.
Installation Foundation: According to equipment requirements, the salt spray test machine manufacturer constructs a concrete foundation, ensuring levelness and stability.
Install the host machine: Place the host on the base, adjust the horizontal and vertical alignment, and secure it in place.

Salt spray tester is designed to test the corrosion resistance of various materials after being electroplated, anodized, painted, and treated with rust-proof oil and corrosion prevention.
This salt spray corrosion test chamber is used to evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of materials and their protective coatings, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective coatings. The salt spray testing machine brand can also be used to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products. The equipment can reach any temperature point between room temperature and 55℃ within the test working space and maintain it consistently. Hubei salt spray testing machine.

CASS Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray Test: Laboratory temperature set to 50°C, air saturated bucket temperature equipment to 63°C. The subsequent solution ratio is as follows:
Step 1: Dissolve sodium chloride meeting the purity analysis requirements in pure water, with a concentration of (50±10) g/L.
Step two: Add 0.26 grams of copper chloride in reagent grade to the prepared salt solution, according to the ratio per liter of solution, and dissolve it thoroughly, ensuring complete mixing.
Step 3: Adjust the solution's pH with acetic acid to maintain a range of 3.1 to 3.2, as determined by the collected salt spray samples. pH measurements should be conducted at 25°C, and the prepared solution must be filtered before use.
(Note: CASS corrosion rate is 8 times faster than NSS corrosion rate)
Saturated Drum Range: 47℃~63℃
Temperature uniformity: ±2℃
Temperature fluctuation: ±0.5℃
Spray Deposition Rate: 1~2ml / 80cm²·h
Spray Method: Continuous, Intermittent
Total Power: 2 KW
