Polyester cold-rolling needle felt is made by nonwoven needle-punched technology, using fine fiber fabric with evenly distributed gaps, achieved through the interlacing arrangement of fibers. The surface of the needle felt produced from polyester short fibers and twisted polyester yarn is then processed with heat rolling, singeing, or coating, resulting in a smooth and flat surface that is not easily blocked by dust.
