Polyester needle-punched felt is made using a nonwoven needle-punched process with fine fiber fabric featuring evenly distributed voids and interlocked fibers. The surface of the felt produced from polyester short fibers and twisted polyester yarn is then heat-rolled, singed, or coated for post-processing, resulting in a smooth and flat surface that is less prone to dust blockage.
