Four-head ultrasonic welding machine features:

1. Manufactured with aluminum (ALCOA) A7075 for the ultrasonic HORN (upper mold), the vibration frequency is 15KHZ, and the amplitude can reach 40-50um during welding. The welding process can be completed within 1 second.

2. Utilizes NTK-manufactured piezoelectric ceramic transducers and titanium alloy amplifiers with four-point balance adjustment.

3. The controller features an automatic load device (manually released after overload), capable of setting the melting mode with sedimentation control, with the ultrasonic amplitude independently adjustable. The oscillating frequency ranges from 14.55 to 15.4 kHz, and can automatically compensate when the frequency deviation is ±0.2%.

4. The sliding parts of the rack must use linear guide rails, and the welding stroke requires a fine-tuning device.

5. The fixed clamps (base mold) and control section used during welding are designed by our company according to your product. The support blocks for the welding wire are made of stainless steel (SUS304), and the screws securing the support blocks must be treated with stainless steel washers.

6. The unit operates using power supply under single-phase AC 200V ±15% (50/60 Hz) and its circuit design meets national safety specifications. The control box is equipped with dustproof structure.

7. Signal line cores above 0.5mm.

8. In terms of signaling, perform splicing after placing the fused products (i.e., with or without product signal sensing).

9. The cooling fan of the electrical control box is equipped with a dust filter for easy maintenance.

10. The HORN head (upper mold) cannot descend when there is no air pressure in the machine.

11. The counter displays a 6-digit count.

12. Soundproof doors open both front and back. The soundproofing box is a sky blue color, and the doors have shock absorbers at both ends of the cylinder.

13. The cylinder connection section is equipped with a movable joint. The soundproof door cylinder is a magnetic cylinder, and two magnetic switches need to be installed on the cylinder.

14. The rack mounting feet cups require 10 pieces, with the movable wheel内侧 featuring a bearing structure, and the outer side of the wheel made of POM or nylon material.

15. Machine dimensions approx.: 960*700*1960 (height).

16. The sound wave starting vibration control is regulated by the settlement amount, which is set using an electronic ruler.

17. Pneumatic components use genuine SMC from Japan.

18. Relay control for current, where low current controls high current. Utilizes Mitsubishi PLC control, featuring both manual and automatic control.
