Product Description
Dust is drawn into the dust chamber through a negative pressure airflow generated by the fan and enters the pipeline. It is then filtered and separated into the clean room by the fan's action. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter core. As the trapped dust continues to accumulate on the filter core, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter core also increases continuously. When the pressure difference reaches a pre-set value, the solenoid valve controlling the compressed air is opened. Compressed air flows through the pipeline into the reverse-air cleaning system, where it is instantaneously sprayed onto the inner surface of the filter core by the cleaning tube of the cleaning mechanism. This causes the dust particles accumulated on the filter core to脱离 the surface under the force of the high-pressure airflow, cleaning the entire surface of the filter core. The purified air is then discharged through the ductwork and out by the fan.
