Product Introduction
Dust is drawn into the dust chamber via a negative pressure air flow generated by the fan, then filtered and separated into a clean room through the action of the fan. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter core. As the trapped dust accumulates on the filter core surface, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter core also increases continuously. When the pressure difference reaches a pre-set value, the solenoid valve controlling the compressed air is opened. Compressed air flows through the管道 into the reverse吹扫 system, where it is instantaneously sprayed onto the inner surface of the filter core through the cleaning tube of the cleaning mechanism. This causes the dust particles accumulated on the filter core to be dislodged by the high-pressure air flow and fall off, cleaning the entire surface of the filter core. The purified air is then discharged through the ductwork and out of the fan.
