Product Description
During operation of the dust removal system, dust particles generated at various dust points are captured and, under the suction of the fan, transported through the duct system to the dust collector. Most of the larger dust particles fall into the ash storage chamber due to inertia or natural sedimentation. Some finer dust particles rise with the airflow into the bag room and are filtered through the filter bags, where they are separated and adhere to the outer side of the bags. The purified gas is then discharged through the bags by the fan, effectively cleaning the dusty air. An automatic control system with continuous pulse jet cleaning method is also employed, allowing the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bags to be quickly removed, thereby restoring the filtering capacity of the filter media. The trapped dust particles settle into the ash storage chamber of the dust collector and are discharged through the unloading system when a certain quantity is reached. The dust can be recycled or transported to relevant departments for processing. The cleaning process can be performed without stopping the machine, thus not affecting production. The bag filter media within the housing of the bag unit effectively retains and removes dust particles, resulting in purified air that meets emission standards. The dust can be recycled or transported to relevant departments for disposal.
