Product Description
Dust is drawn into the dust chamber through a negative pressure air stream generated by a fan and then filtered and separated into a clean room by the fan's action. Dust particles are trapped on the surface of the filter element. As the trapped dust continues to accumulate on the filter element, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter element also increases continuously. When the pressure difference reaches a pre-set value, the solenoid valve controlling the compressed air is opened. Compressed air flows through the管道 into the reverse blow cleaning system, where it is instantaneously sprayed onto the inner surface of the filter element through the cleaning tubes of the cleaning mechanism. This causes the dust particles accumulated on the filter element to be dislodged by the high-pressure air stream and fall off, thereby cleaning the entire surface of the filter element. The purified air is then discharged through the ducts and out of the fan.
Product Features
Wrinkle-tube filter cores, compact in size with a large filtration area, make horizontal installation and core replacement easier and more convenient.
Smaller in volume and footprint compared to bag dust collectors of the same air volume.
Microcomputer pulse control for automatic online dust removal, capable of continuous 24-hour operation.
Equipped with a differential pressure gauge, easy to monitor the filter media usage, facilitating the timing of filter media replacement.
Explosion relief devices can reduce the extent of damage during an explosion when capturing explosive dust.
A variety of filter materials are available for selection, catering to different working conditions.
Application Scope
Broadly applied in various industrial processes, including mixing, feeding, crushing, weighing in the chemical industry for powder coatings and engineering plastics, mold polishing and grinding, steel electric furnaces, welding fumes, food, and many more.
