Solid cone nozzle design features

The standard angle nozzle features a solid cone-shaped spray pattern, with a circular jet area and an angle of 43° to 106°.

The nozzle produces a uniformly distributed spray over a wide range of flow rates and pressures, with medium to large-sized droplets. This even spray distribution is achieved through the unique blade design, large and unobstructed flow channels, and excellent control characteristics.

Nozzles are precision-manufactured to exact dimensions, ensuring accurate and reliable performance. These nozzles excel in spray applications requiring complete coverage of an area.

The BB G series nozzles feature removable caps and vanes, allowing for excellent compatibility with collectors and branches. The design enables the working end (cap and vanes) to be removed from the nozzle for inspection and cleaning, without needing to detach the nozzle body from the collector.
