Design Features
The F-type air jet nozzle can produce high-impact, fan-shaped, and circular air streams, specifically designed for various blowing applications in the process handling.
The F-type air jet nozzle is made of ABS plastic or aluminum alloy. The nozzle design features multiple cylindrical jet holes through which air is blown out to form fan-shaped and circular air streams. The internal structure of the nozzle is designed according to aerodynamic principles, effectively reducing air resistance during operation. It ensures that the air jet nozzle can achieve high air flow force while reducing working noise and air consumption.
The F-type air jet nozzle is used with 1/4 inch BSPT female threaded connectors and features locating holes (ABS nozzle, stainless steel nozzle) for side-by-side installation of nozzles. The combination forms an air curtain that is effective.
The F-type plastic blowing nozzle can withstand a pressure of 7 bars, with a temperature resistance of up to 77°C under this pressure.
F-type aluminum alloy blow mold nozzles can withstand approximately 30 bars of pressure and are resistant to 250 degrees Celsius high temperatures. General applications: part cooling, part drying, part washing, material movement, paper guiding.
