Standard filters are categorized by initial efficiency and medium to high grades. Material-wise, they include paper frame filters, galvanized frame filters, aluminum frame filters, and stainless steel filters. Temperature-wise, they are divided into normal temperature filters and high-temperature resistant filters, with the normal high-temperature filters capable of reaching approximately 250-350 degrees.
Initial Efficiency Air Filter Application: Primary filtration section in general ventilation air treatment equipment or in the primary filtration system of fresh air supply. Features: Filter material can be replaced independently; paper frame initial efficiency is disposable.
Collapsible Medium Efficiency Air Filters: Used for ventilation system filtration. General air purification in fields such as electronics, machinery instruments, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, and food processing. Features: High efficiency, large dust-holding capacity, and small space occupation.
Bag-in-place medium efficiency air filter applications: Central air conditioning centralized ventilation system, or as a pre-filter for filters, it can reduce the burden on the filter, extend its service life, and can also be used for general air purification in industrial fields. Features: Low resistance, high dust-holding capacity.
