Composition

The top and bottom steel plates can be made of colored steel or stainless steel, with a thickness of approximately 0.3-1.0mm. The core material is rock wool, with a density of 60-120kg/m3. The effective width of the steel plate is 950/1150mm, and the thickness ranges from 50-100mm. Length is customizable according to customer requirements. The surface protection is covered with a PVC protective film.

2. Excellent thermal insulation: The thermal insulation property of the rock wool purification board is based on the thermal conductivity coefficient of rock wool λ=0.043 W/m²K, calculated by the thickness of the rock wool core material in the corresponding proportion.

3. Significant Sound Insulation and Absorption: The rock wool purification board exhibits remarkable noise reduction capabilities. Through testing in accordance with ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards, sandwich panels with a core material of rock wool with a density of 120 kg/m3 achieve a sound insulation effect of RW=29~30 dB.
