Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DU2065 series is composed of basic components such as yoke iron, fixed core, movable core, guide rod, spring, and spool.
The yoke and fixed core of the 2065 series form the magnetic flux transmission part; the 2065 series spool, wire, enamel wire, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation part; the 2065 series movable and rod assembly make up the magnetic field action part; the spring serves as the reset part.
Ⅱ Working Principle
When applying DC power to the DU2065 electromagnet, the coil magnetic field excitation generates a magnetic force that magnetizes the field transmission and action parts, creating two different poles. This utilizes the principle of opposite poles attracting to achieve the action, and the spring reset part resets when power is disconnected.
