Basic Parameters
The DO3257 Push-Pull Electromagnet for Round Tube is suitable for various applications such as multi-story parking garages, mechanical sorting, and automated machinery. The product has a diameter of 32mm, a round tube length of 57mm, a movable diameter of 12mm, and a push rod diameter of 2-4mm, suitable for strokes of 18mm or less. It can be installed with a threaded mount or fixed with an installation plate. It can be customized to include push or pull structures as needed.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structure Composition
The DO3257 round tube electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, copper tube, round tube iron, front cover, rear cover, movable parts, guide rod, wire, etc. The push-type structure adds push rods, guide blocks, and more.
3257 round iron tubes, front and rear covers make up the magnetic field transmission section; 3257 spools, enameled wire, wires, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; and the magnetic field action section is composed of 3257 movable parts, guide rods, and stop blocks.
II Working Principle
The enamelled wire is wound around a spool. When the 3257 electromagnet is energized, the magnetic field generates a magnetic force, exciting parts of the field. This magnetizes the field transmission sections and the sections that interact with the field, creating two opposite poles. The action is achieved by utilizing the principle of opposite poles attracting each other. Upon de-energizing, the spring resets the system.
