Basic Parameters
The DX8030 suction cup electromagnetic yoke is made from a solid rod with a diameter of 80mm, and the wire spool is manufactured with self-adhesive wire that can withstand temperatures up to 155 degrees. The yoke comes with mounting threads and positioning holes, and the installation dimensions can be customized as required. This product can maintain a strong suction force of up to 1000N when continuously powered on for extended periods.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DX8030 suction cup electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the coil, yoke wire, etc.
The 8030 electromagnet yoke and core form the magnetic field transmission section; the 8030 coil, wire, etc., form the magnetic field excitation section.
Ⅱ Principle of Operation
The enameled wire is wound around a spool. When the 8030 suction cup electromagnet is powered on, the magnetic field excitation generates a magnetic force, which magnetizes the transmission part of the field, causing the magnetic force on the mating surface to lift the workpiece. When the magnetic field excitation is disconnected, the transmission part cannot generate magnetic force, allowing the workpiece to be released.

温馨提示: By default, our 8030 suction cup electromagnets are set to 100V continuous power supply. They can also be configured for intermittent power supply, depending on the actual usage conditions of the customer. Continuous power supply results in less force, while intermittent power supply provides greater force but may increase temperature.
