Basic Parameters
The DX2015 suction cup electromagnetic yoke is made from a solid 20mm diameter rod. The spool is made of nylon reinforced fiber, capable of withstanding high temperatures. The yoke comes with built-in installation threads and can also be machined with external threads upon request, suitable for DC-24V low voltage. This type of product is currently being used on various types of machinery and equipment.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structure Composition
The DX2015 suction electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, yoke, and wire.
2015 Electromagnet yoke and core form the magnetic field transmission section; 2015 coils, wires, etc. form the magnetic field excitation section.
II Principle of Operation
The enameled wire is wound around the spool. When the 2015 suction cup electromagnet is powered on, the magnetic field is excited, generating a magnetic force. This magnetic field passes through to the transmission part, causing the suction surface to produce magnetic force and lift the workpiece. When the excited part is de-energized, the transmission part cannot generate magnetic force, allowing the workpiece to detach.

温馨提示: By default, our 2015 suction cup electromagnets are powered continuously for 100 hours. They can also be designed for short-term power, which is entirely dependent on the customer's actual usage. For continuous power, the force is relatively weaker; for short-term power, the force is stronger but the temperature increases.
