Basic Parameters
The DKX6035 Magnetic Retentive Electromagnet features a 60mm diameter material for overall processing. It demagnetizes when de-energized and has no magnetic field when off. The product is mounted using a threaded installation (installation dimensions and methods can be customized as required), and the flat grinding on the suction surface ensures strong adhesion. The surface is treated with a sealing glue process to be waterproof, dustproof, and suitable for operation under harsh conditions.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Composition Structure
The DKX6035 self-holding suction cup electromagnet is composed of basic components such as a spool, yoke, fixed core, magnet, and wire.
6035 yoke, magnets, and fixed core components form the magnetic field transmission section; 6035 spools, enameled wire, and wires, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section.
II Working Principle
In the absence of power, the 6035 maintains the yoke of the suction cup electromagnet, magnetizes and guides the magnetism under the action of the magnet, creating a strong magnetic field on its surface to achieve suction of workpieces. When the product is supplied with reverse current, the magnetic field excites a portion to produce magnetic force, which cancels out the magnetic force generated by the magnet, causing the workpiece to detach. When forward current is applied, the combined magnetic force results in a stronger suction.
